All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee. Authors will be informed of abstract acceptance by e-mail, on or before 10th September.

• Members of organising institutions / spouse of registered delegates, and students will get 50% concession on delegate registration fees.
• Delegates selected for oral presentation will get free accommodation.

All late registrations Rs 2500 (without accommodation) / 400 USD (from 1 October to 15 November).
Spot registration Rs 3000 (without accommodation) / 450 USD (if seats available)

The registration fee will include congress kit, breakfast, lunch and dinner and entry to the cultural programme for all the days of the Congress for which the applicant has registered and entry pass for the AROGYA exhibition.

Per day registration: Rs 1000 / 150 USD

For student delegates who request for accommodation facilities, dormitory accommodation for 3 nights (10–12 December) will be provided on additional payment of Rs 500 per student.
